Is it working a job, to get money? To buy things? To self loathe? True happiness lies within creativity and selflessness. Staying pure and true to who you are at the core.
In my pursuit of finding new hobbies and ventures to embark on…I started taking yoga classes. I had to do my research to determine which was best for me. Of the different varieties…I picked Bikram and vinyasa. Bikram was great, the heat really helps push the stretch ability of your muscles to the brink…but the heat. My gawd. I felt like passing out, light headed, woozy. Maybe I’ll try it at a later time.
Chose Vinyasa because of the mind, soul, spirit connection. The fluent movement from one pose to the other. I fell in love with this. Can’t wait to keep at it…and keep stretching my mind, body and soul to the brink.

Great choreography and I love their mix of traditional West African garments and casual cool Western fashion.
